"Beta" means the current pre-release stage of the Service, during which features and data are still being developed, tested, and refined.

The Service is offered as a beta / preview release. It is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

All cost-of-living figures, rental prices, salary benchmarks, utility costs, grocery prices, and other Data are approximations and estimates derived from third-party sources (including Numbeo, the Bulgarian National Statistics Institute, and community market surveys). They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, current, or applicable to your specific circumstances.
Actual prices vary significantly by neighbourhood, building standard, season, negotiation, and individual vendor. The Data represents statistical averages and should not be treated as precise quotations.
Currency exchange rates displayed (BGN/EUR/USD) are sourced from third-party APIs and may be delayed or differ from rates available at banks, exchange offices, or financial markets. The BGN/EUR rate (1.95583) reflects the fixed EU currency board peg; the BGN/USD rate is indicative only.
Price data is periodically reviewed and updated but may not reflect recent market events, inflation changes, policy changes, or local conditions.
The household cost models (single / couple / family) are illustrative multipliers and do not account for individual lifestyle differences, children's ages, disabilities, dietary requirements, or other personal factors.
As a beta product, the Service may contain bugs, display errors, or temporarily incorrect calculations. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

4. No Financial, Legal, or Professional Advice

The Service does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, immigration advice, or any other form of professional advice.

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose;
Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components;
Warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any Data or content;
Warranties that results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable;
Any implied warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HARMONY FUSION BULGARIA ЕООД, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Loss of profits, revenue, savings, business, data, or goodwill;
Costs of substitute goods or services;
Relocation costs, lease commitments, or employment decisions made in reliance on the Service;
Financial losses arising from inaccurate or outdated cost-of-living data;
Service interruptions, data loss, or system failures;
Damage caused by third-party links, services, or data sources referenced by the Service.

In jurisdictions where exclusion of certain liability is not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent allowed by law. In no event shall our aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the Service exceed €10 (ten euros) or the amount you paid to access the Service in the preceding twelve months, whichever is greater.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification

Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or systematically download Service content for commercial resale without prior written permission;
Misrepresent the Service's Data as independently verified, official, or authoritative figures;
Use the Service in any way that could damage, overload, or impair its infrastructure;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its backend systems, or its APIs;
Use the Service to transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or harmful content;
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to circumvent rate limits or access restrictions.

9. Third-Party Data Sources & Services

The Service incorporates data derived from third-party sources, including Numbeo and the Bulgarian National Statistics Institute (NSI), and community market research. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of data from these sources. Each source is subject to its own terms of use and privacy policies.

The Service also uses mapping tiles from OpenStreetMap / CartoCDN, fonts from Fontshare, and hosting by Cloudflare. These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Links to external websites are provided for convenience only; we do not endorse or assume responsibility for their content.

10. Intellectual Property

The design, source code, user interface, branding, and original editorial content of the Service are owned by or licensed to Harmony Fusion Bulgaria ЕООД and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Cost-of-living data derived from public-domain or openly licensed sources is used in accordance with those licences for informational, non-commercial purposes.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you consent to the data practices described therein.

12. Modifications to the Service and These Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are made. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

13. Severability & Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Harmony Fusion Bulgaria ЕООД with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Harmony Fusion Bulgaria ЕООД.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent Bulgarian courts. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

If you are a consumer based in the EU, you may also have the right to access alternative dispute resolution mechanisms under Directive 2013/11/EU (ADR Directive) and the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. However, given the Service is provided free of charge, we are not obligated to participate in ADR for non-commercial disputes.

Настоящите Условия се уреждат от законодателството на Република България. Всякакви спорове се разглеждат от компетентните български съдилища.

16. Force Majeure

Harmony Fusion Bulgaria ЕООД shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government action, internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or third-party service outages.
